Bremen Athletics

The 5th grade boys basketball team faced off against Laville at home tonight. In the A game, the lions created many shot opportunities, but they were unable to put the points on the board. The A team ultimately lost 22-10. Contributing to offense tonight was Allen Andujar with 5, Gaehl Arias, with 3, and Roman Sime with 2. In the B game, the lions battled from behind to take a late lead; however, they were unable to hang out at the end and also lost 26-19. The lions fought all game on both sides on the ball. Jase Garrett, Lucas Castillo, and Lissandro Gonzalez contributed to the B team scoring 4, 3, and 1 respectively. The lions will get a much needed break this week and return to action next Monday at home against Walkerton.
